PEND-LED is the world’s only integrated LED pendant.  It has been designed & tested in the UK by One Electrical Ltd and is protected by copyright, design rights and has a patent pending. 

On sale in electrical wholesalers from July, PEND-LED is set to revolutionise the domestic lighting market.

The tamper-proof integrated LED light source prevents the removal and possible refit of inefficient light sources, guaranteeing long, lifetime efficiency.  Fully compliant with Part L building regulations, PEND-LED is the only LED pendant solution that can offer this.

Because it has been designed as an LED luminaire in its own right, PEND-LED offers superior thermal management, performance and life time advantages over current LED retro fit lamps on the market. 

PEND-LED is constructed in a seamless white PC housing with a slim modern looking shape. The curved opal diffuser delivers a smooth uniformed light output and is suitable for use alone or with any standard UK lampshade.

Pre-wired to a 6 inch cable and ceiling rose, PEND-LED is as easy to install as any traditional pendant and is equally suitable for new build or retro fit applications.

One Electrical are set to launch a series of PEND-LED’s, PEND-LED1 being the first with a 7W size, 650lm and a natural 4000K colour temperature configuration. Further models will include different colour temperatures, lumen outputs and dimmable versions being available.

PEND-LED will be of huge interest to the social housing market given the energy and maintenance cost savings it guarantees for housing associations.   House builders will also welcome the Part L compliance that only PEND-LED can offer.  In addition domestic contractors will be able to offer their customers an inexpensive fit and forget long life and energy efficient lighting solution.

The uptake from electrical wholesalers has been fantastic with many groups already placing pre launch stock orders to ensure that they have stocks available when the product launches in July.
