Heat Mat’s network of skilled trained installers is growing. Following the launch of their Heat Mat Trained Installer Scheme in 2015 over 200 installers have attended and benefitted from the 22 years of underfloor heating experience Heat Mat has.
Heat Mat’s award winning training days deliver advice on how to fit electric underfloor heating including which systems to choose for different floor coverings. Attendees also learn about add-on products they can offer their customers including insulation boards and mirror demister pads.
Following the success of a day organised with the ECA in Cardiff last October, the next session will be held in Swansea on 10th May 2018 followed by Bristol on 11th May 2018.
Installers who attend these days have gone on to fit a variety of systems and offer electric underfloor heating as a new service. Heat Mat distributors are encouraged to tell their customers about these free training courses to help drive mutually beneficial interest in the UFH category.
