The Klauke Group enjoys international representation.

Since being founded in Remscheid, Germany in 1879, Klauke has evolved from a manufacturer of high-quality pliers for the watchmaker trade to an international organisation. Today as part of Emerson, we develop, manufacture and distribute tools, testing, measuring and inspection devices, as well as connecting materials for electrical engineering applications.

Our product range also includes for example customised tools for plumbing and heating technology, special connection components for use in the automotive industry, as well as wiring harnesses and assemblies for diverse various niche applications. Innovation is at our core – listening to our customers and developing time saving, technologically advanced and ergonomic solutions. One such example is the 1000V VDE approved Orange line of insulated crimping and cutting tools – adding a new layer of safety to personnel in the power cabling market.

Klauke has been integrated into Emerson group from July 2018 bringing wide ranging capabilities together for the industrial market. Besides our headquarters in Remscheid, we operate at ten other overseas sites in Slovakia, Austria, France, Spain, Great Britain, New Zealand, Australia, India, Poland and China.
