Designed specifically for domestic installations, the new Solar PV consumer units simplify the switchgear side of your solar projects by incorporating all key components into a single, compact enclosure.

Traditionally, Solar PV installations require separate consumer units, isolators, meters, and protection devices. We have now streamlined this process by integrating all elements within one pre-populated board. Each enclosure features a 100A patented dual screw isolator, a DIN-rail mounted single module Type 2 SPD (no MCB back-up required), a bidirectional RCBO, an MCB for secondary metering on hybrid systems, an AC rotary isolator for inverter connection, and an MCS accredited MID generation meter for recording energy generation and export.

Available with 25A, 32A, or 40A rotary isolators, these units are factory assembled, ensuring quick and hassle-free installation on site. This pre-configured approach delivers three key advantages for contractors and housing authorities/associations alike:
