DOLD’s KU series of insulated modular enclosures – covering models KU4584 and KU4587, KU4588, KU4589, KU4890, KU4891 & KU4592 – is designed for use in standard distribution cabinets (55 mm depth, DIN 43 880). With their modern design and flexible options, the KU enclosures are also well suited to future-ready applications in building automation systems.

With a nominal depth of 53 mm, they fit neatly into even the shallowest 55 mm distribution panels, while still providing ample internal space for PCBs and terminals. Also available are the KU4087 and KU4088, which support surface mounting, providing extra flexibility for different installation needs. Best for: Distribution cabinets and building automation systems where compact depth, flexible PCB layouts, and multiple terminal options are essential.

• Plenty of space – accommodates up to two horizontal PCBs with terminals, plus an additional PCB for display or control elements at the front. Other vertical PCB options are also available.

• Customisable – optional openings for connectors (KNX, RJ45, etc.) and tailored designs available on request.

• Quick installation – modular housing design supports easy, tool-free assembly.

• Surface mounting option – available in KU4087 and KU4088.
