When multiple cables, pipes and other building services pass through a fire-rated wall or floor, a suitable fire-stopping system is essential.
Astro PFP FR Board is manufactured from a high-density stone wool core coated with Astro PFP FR Coating. The coating helps reduce air permeability through the board and restrict the passage of hot gases during a fire.
Available coated on one or both sides, the board can be selected according to the required seal design. It is used with Astro PFP Acrylic to seal around services, joints, board edges and the surrounding construction.
