GARO Electric offers a premium quality range of wall mounted chargers for installations at home or at work. All charging stations are manufactured in Europe, resulting in immediate stock availability, quality production and speedy timeframes for bespoke orders. All GARO chargers are user friendly, feature a stylish design, smart functionality and have built-in protection for personal safety. Options are available within the GARO range to facilitate OCPP or 3rd party cloud billing and management solutions. A three year warranty is standard across the range.
Plug and Play means installers can either simply connect and walk away, or easily configure the charger to:
Dynamic Load management (DLM) protects the main fuse in an installation by reducing the Electric Vehicle charging current when the total load is high and by increasing the charging current when the total load is low.
DLM requires a kWh meter (at the main distribution board) connected by a Beldin screened twisted pair cable (Modbus protocol) to the charger.
DC leakage Monitoring built in. This extremely important feature ensures that the protective devices operate under fault conditions and negates the need for a Type B RCD.
The Wi-Fi module (optional in the DC model) allows the charger to be configured and updated remotely. It future proofs the charger allowing updates for both firmware and software. Wi-Fi module can be retro fitted. With the Wi-Fi module fitted, the charger can also be fitted with an optional RFID reader for increased security and billing.
Propriety, low cost Cloud based reporting system is available for registered users with RFID cards, providing usage and billing information.
