Fire-Docs has launched a new range of logbooks and labels that are required for the following Fire standards BS5839-1 :2017 BS 5839-6 : 2019 Emergency Lighting BS 5266-1:2016 and Emergency voice alarms BS 5839-8:2013.

The Hackitt report recommends a more robust approach to managing higher risk residential buildings (HRRBs) and subsequently contractors installing to the above standards will be under more scrutiny to ensure their installations conform.

To further aid contractors we have created a template management system for contractors wishing to join BAFE .  An instantly downloadable template management system designed to cover the common elements of the BAFE SP203-1 Scheme for Fire Detection & Fire Alarms as well as the BAFE SP203-4 Scheme for Emergency Lighting. This Base Management System can then be enhanced to include the specific module you require for your certification. For example if you are installing fire alarms system in non-domestic premises you will need to add the "BAFE SP203-1 Management System Plugin" to your Base Management System purchase.
