Deta Protect: NEW Smoke & Heat Alarms

Deta are pleased to announce the launch of the next generation of Optical Smoke and Heat Alarms, forming part of the Deta Protect range, the new brand name for Deta's growing range of safety products.

The new range incorporates a precision engineered mains powered Optical Smoke Alarm and Heat Alarm with battery backup that allows for up to 12 units (optical and heat) to be interlinked, providing greater protection throughout the property.

• Optical Smoke Alarm (Catalogue Code: 1163) – incorporating the latest optical sensing technology, which is more sensitive at detecting large particles of smoke which tend to be produced in greater amounts by slow smouldering fires. Suitable for use within hallways, landings, living rooms or bedrooms.
• Heat Alarm (Catalogue Code: 1165) - forms an integral part of any domestic fire protection installation, with all Building Regulations recommending Heat Detectors within areas where dust and fumes may trigger nuisance alarms. Suitable for use in kitchens, attics and garages.
