The Layne Fields project is a newbuild Passivhaus scheme in Devon that comprises of 18 affordable dwellings; of two, three, and four bedroom units. Oventrop worked closely with Mitchell Architects, Pearce Construction and Radiate Plumbing and Heating to design and supply solar thermal systems suitable for each property type.
