Welcome to LUCKINSlive. If you continue to access and use this website (‘the Site’) you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms & conditions of use which together with our Privacy Policy govern Amtech Group’s business relationship with you in relation to the Site.

• References to ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘yours’ are references to the person(s) accessing and using the Site and, where the Site is accessed in the course of that person’s business, his or her company or employer.
• References to ‘the Suppliers’ refers to the manufacturers, distributors or importers of the products listed on the Site.
• References to ‘the Luckins Data’ refer to the database of product and price data created and owned by the Amtech Group which can be accessed via the Site.

The information, material and content provided in the pages of the Site may be changed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to these terms & conditions at any time without notice by updating this text. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access to or use of the Site will mean that you agree to any changes.

You are wholly responsible for use of the Site by any person using your computer and you must ensure that any such person complies with these Terms. Unauthorised use of the Site or failure to comply with these terms & conditions may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Limitation Of Use
The Site includes downloadable product information provided by the Suppliers including promotional materials, technical specifications, product catalogues, and videos. You may print, copy, download or temporarily store extracts of this information for your personal reference and non-commercial use only.

All other content on the Site including the Luckins Data is shown for your reference only. You may not without our express written permission distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

Intellectual Property Rights
Copyright in the promotional materials, technical specifications, product catalogues, videos and similar downloadable product information provided by the Suppliers, Suppliers’ logos, trademarks and trade or business names remains the property of the appropriate Supplier.

All other Intellectual Property Rights in the Site, its content, the Luckins Data (including product descriptions, price data, TSI Codes and search indexes) remain the property of Amtech Group and are expressly reserved. In this context Intellectual Property Rights include, but are not restricted to, Copyright, Database Rights, Design Rights, know-how, confidential information, trademarks, trade or business names and any other similar protected rights.

From time to time we may include trace data in the on the Site. Such trace data is solely for the purpose of demonstrating the origin of the content included in the Site.

Liability & Warranties
Whilst we have taken reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained in the Site is accurate and up-to-date neither we nor any third parties can provide any warranty or guarantee either express or implied as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information on the Site or to the availability, suitability or reliability of any of the products listed on the Site.

Your use of the Site and any information or materials therein is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising as a result of your use of or reliance on the information contained or stored on the Site to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Links to downloadable software sites are for convenience only and we are not responsible or liable for any difficulties or consequences associated with downloading the software. Use of any downloaded software is governed by the terms of the licence agreement, if any, which accompanies or is provided with the software.

No endorsement or approval of any third parties or their advice, opinions, information, products or services is expressed or implied by any information on our Site.

Email messages sent over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure as they are subject to possible interception or loss or possible alteration. We are not responsible for them and will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages or otherwise in connection with any message sent by you to any company within the Amtech

 Group or any message sent by any companies within the Amtech Group to you over the Internet.

You may not create a link to the Site from another website or document without our prior written consent.

Product Information & Product Prices
The Site contains the Luckins Data which consists of product and price data sourced from the Suppliers and enhanced by us through aggregation, verification and the application of standardised data structures, product codes, terminology, indexes and product search methods.

This information is provided purely for the convenience of the Suppliers and their customers and does not constitute an invitation to treat. No endorsement or approval of the Suppliers or any third parties or their advice, opinions, information, products or services is expressed or implied by any information on the Site. The price data contains the Suppliers’ published list or trade prices which are in the public domain. We are not engaged in any effort to fix, influence or regulate any price data provided and there is no understanding that the prices shown will be maintained by you, the Suppliers or any third party.

Access to price data on the Site is restricted to registered users who are also subscribed to a Luckins Data service. On termination of that service your rights to access price data on LUCKINSlive shall cease and any further access will be denied.

Access to price data on the Site is strictly for reference purposes only by the registered user or users. No part of this data may be copied, stored, republished, redistributed or made available for access either within or outside the customer's organisation and any such action will constitute an actionable breach of our Intellectual Property Rights. From time to time we will include trace data on the Site solely for the purpose of demonstrating the origin of any data extracted from the Site without our express permission.

If you subscribe to price information directly on the site then each subscription is for single user access only unless otherwise agreed between you and the Amtech Group.  The minimum period for subscription is 12 months after which you may cancel by giving one month’s notice.  Subscription to price information directly on the site is subject to our Standard Terms & Conditions for Licence of Luckins Data Services.

Access to price data on the Site by direct subscription service is not available to wholesalers and distributors.  Only wholesalers and distributors who already subscribe to a Luckins Data Service may also view price data on the Site.

Force Majeure

Whilst every effort will be made to meet your requirements Amtech Group shall not be liable for any breach of obligation resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control; including, but not limited to, fires, strikes (of its own or other employees) insurrection or riots, embargoes, wars, compliance with laws or regulations, delays in transportation, inability to obtain supplies, acts of civil or military authority (an 'Event of Force Majeure').

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of the above jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute, which may arise.
