Furse Guide to Lightning Protection

Furse have now launched an updated Guide to BS EN 62305 Protection Against Lightning. This latest edition incorporates guidance on the recently revised BS EN 62305 standard, from risk assessment following Part 2, to application guidance in line with Parts 3 & 4.

Additionally, two new chapters are included. The first provides valuable information on transient overvoltage protection to BS 7671, essential for new electrical system design, whilst the second details the newly introduced product standard for lightning protection components, IEC/BS EN 62561. This standard is due to fully replace BS EN 50164 in 2015.
