Safety Valve Setting

At VIP we have our own in house testing rig where we can set safety valves & calibrate pressure gauges. This has been a huge benefit to our customers and saved them vast amounts of time, rather than sending back to the manufacturer. We have three qualified testers on site as we are fully aware time is of the essence. We can offer a 2 hour turnaround on stocked items and a 7-10 day turnaround on items that require a complete overhaul.

As well as the safety valve setting, we also offer calibrated test certificates for our pressure gauges which we can turnaround in around 2 hours. We stock the full array of instrumentation in our 20,000sq ft warehouse which allows us to offer same day collections and next day deliveries shipped nationwide. With traceable certificates if required.
