As most of you already know, our CADDY, ERICO, ERIFLEX, and LENTON brands will become part of nVent on April 30. Together we have the important mission of driving awareness about the value this stand-alone electrical company brings and what our premium brands offer as part of this new enterprise.

We are commonly asked, “Why spin off from Pentair, and why nVent?”

Being a separate company means we will focus on helping customers connect and protect their electrical systems in facilities where the cost of failure is high and electrical performance is crucial. For more than a century, our inventive products have provided solutions to customers. We invent. We innovate. It’s our legacy. Hence the name, nVent.

This is an exciting change for the organization, our partners and our customers. It’s important to proactively communicate with our customers, and we will need our reps and channel partners to help us with this endeavor.
