WISKA UK Ltd joins the ranks of the EW Awards winners

WISKA UK Ltd’s Shark Sixeight Series: IP68 Gel Insulated Joints won Best New Product 2017 at the EW Awards. WISKA UK Ltd was also Highly Commended for Best Supplier Customer Service. An EW Award is a prestigious stamp of endorsement acknowledging outstanding service and dedication.

Organised by Datateam Business Media, the Electrical Wholesaler Awards are designed to recognise and highlight the achievements and services of electrical wholesalers and manufacturers, from the best individual wholesaler branch to the best marketing campaign. The awards ceremony was a stunning event attended by hundreds of people in the industry.

On arrival at the venue, guests were greeted with an exclusive drinks reception, sponsored by Scolmore Group, offering the opportunity to network with colleagues and peers before the first half of the award presentations. Hosted by director, actor and presenter Ryan Philpott, the first half of the ceremony honoured the efforts of independent electrical wholesalers, as nominated by the industry.  

Attendees then enjoyed a sumptuous three-course meal, followed by Nish Kumar’s comedy routine. The second half of the award ceremony was dedicated to manufacturers and all of their hard work across the industry. The proceedings concluded with the Electrical Industries Charity raffle, raising £1,815. A fantastic night was rounded up with a final chance to network with clients, colleagues and friends.
