Carbon Trust loans

Contractors and consultants who wish to help end clients reduce costs may be able to assist them in obtaining interest-free loans from the Carbon Trust and making refurbishment projects more financially viable.

There are now loans available for building operators wishing to replace inefficient building engineering systems with more energy-efficient alternatives. Loans range from £3,000 to £100,000, with repayments calculated to be offset by anticipated monthly energy savings – making them effectively self-funding.
