CIBSE condemns non-compliance
28-04-2010
CIBSE has launched its Non Compliance Costs Campaign, addressing the issue of low rates of compliance of air conditioning inspections and F-gas legislation.
The Institution is highlighting the need for action and environmental costs of non-compliance, asserting that such non-compliance will prevent the UK meeting its emissions targets. It also points out that companies that do not comply are missing out on an opportunity to reduce costs and increase profits.
At the heart of the campaign is the Compliance Charter, a focused call to government to resolve this issue.
